Hold on to that thought

Better late than never, yeah, that's it.

Just heard from the wife/mom of two fellow traveling companions. They are on the plane but apparently there was a tire blow-out so they are stuck waiting to take off until that is cleared. Don't think it's their plane, just not sure of the details but it will hold them up for 2 hours.

And, oh, yeah, the luggage never showed up in Rome, it's at our local airport.

The other half of the tour group is home already - their trip was an absolute delight and a breeze. It just doesn't seem fair that our group should be beset with so many problems. Gotta wonder who among the group sent out such bad Karma as to infect the whole lot.
